-CrossCad/Plg are plug-ins dedicated to Rhino, SOLIDWORKS, ThinkDesign and Open CASCADE users. It extends the capability of these applications by adding the possibility to import and export CAD files formats that are normally not natively supported by the CAD software.
-CrossCad/Ware is the Datakit solution dedicated to software vendors: It consist of a fully-documented API enabling interoperability among CAD systems.
The toolkit allows to extract the characteristics of CAD data (2D or 3D) to integrate them in the vendor application, or to write native and neutral CAD formats from the data in the vendor application. API, full documentation, sample sources and C++ based project are provided.
Datakit exposes a wide range of geometrical and semantic data (assemblies, annotations, metadata, PMI…) through its varied range of products. It also provides support services for the migration of CAD databases to help customers choose the best data transfer solutions. It works closely together with independent software vendors that currently integrate its CAD data exchange solutions to their own software.
