General Terms and Conditions of Use for the Metal-Interface website
Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms of provision of services on the metal-interface website, hereinafter referred to as the "site", and the conditions of use of these services by the user. Any access and/or use of the site implies acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between the site and the user.
In the event that the user does not wish to accept all or part of these general conditions, they are asked to refrain from any use of the site.

Definitions User
The user is any person who uses the site, whether it is a legal entity, through its legal representative, or a natural person.
Publisher: Legal entity responsible for the content of the site.
User Content: User Content refers to the data transmitted by the user in the various sections of the site.
Identifier: The term "identifier" covers the information necessary to identify a user on the site to access member-only areas.
Password: The password is confidential information, which the user must keep secret, allowing them, used in conjunction with their identifier, to prove their identity. Member: The member is a user identified on the site.

Duration and termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the use of the service by the user. Unless they have signed other commitments with the publisher, the user may decide at any time to terminate this contract by deleting their member space.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The law applicable to this contract is French law. In case of litigation, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal are competent.
