HBS is a medium-sized company that was founded more than 40 years ago and is based in Dachau, Bavaria. Half of our products are exported to more than 50 countries on all continents.
Our complete and innovative product line has evolved from meeting individual market needs and requirements in all areas we serve. We offer a wide range of stud welding technology for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic applications as well as all welding elements and accessories.

Automation
From the semi-automatic manual gun to our CNC systems and the customer-specific connection of stud welding technology in production lines, we always offer you the right solution for your requirements. This includes engineering, project-related process qualification as well as product and project management. We not only develop the appropriate equipment technology, but also the customized welding element.

Repair and service

We gladly share our knowledge
Our seminars range from basic knowledge on stud welding to expert training in automation and service. The contents are individually and application-oriented and tailored to the needs of our customers. Of course, our training courses are conducted according to DIN EN ISO 14732 and also include a written operator test. After successful participation you will receive a certificate. We conduct all training courses both at HBS and at your site.
Rental service
We will provide you with the stud welding equipment you need quickly and easily - regardless of whether you want to rent it for short, medium or long periods of time. If desired, we will also be happy to provide advice and technical instruction.
